RSG RMS-3P-WP-PS Pull Station with Pre-Signal

The RSG RMS-3P-WP-PS is an SPDT pigtail-connection weatherproof pull station with a pre-signal option. Specifically, the PS suffix supports two-stage alarm sequencing at the panel. Furthermore, the WP housing seals everything for outdoor exposure.

First, the user pulls the lever to initiate a pre-signal. Then, the control panel must be programmed for two-stage operation. As a result, building staff can investigate before general evacuation.

In addition, the SPDT contacts can wire to separate panel inputs. However, two-stage logic still belongs at the fire alarm control panel. Therefore, confirm AHJ acceptance and panel programming before specifying.

RSG RMS-3P-WP-PS Option Detail

The PS option pairs the WP housing with a pre-signal/two-stage operating sequence. Furthermore, the SPDT contacts support normally-open and normally-closed wiring. As a result, the station can drive a pre-signal input and a general-alarm input outdoors.
