Siemens CRM-4 Controllable Relay Module
The Siemens CRM-4 is an addressable controllable relay module that provides a supervised relay output point on a Siemens analog addressable fire alarm loop. The fire alarm panel commands the CRM-4 relay on or off, enabling precise control of external systems and equipment in response to alarm, supervisory, or trouble conditions.
Typical applications for the CRM-4 include HVAC air handler shutdown, magnetic door holder release, elevator recall, fan control, and other ancillary building system control functions required by fire alarm system design. Because the CRM-4 is fully addressable, each relay module appears as a distinct output point in the panel's programming, allowing targeted, zone-specific control.
