The Siemens MSI-20B is a dual-action addressable manual pull station. It requires two distinct motions to trigger an alarm signal. First, the user lifts the activation lever. Then, the user pulls down to send the alarm. As a result, accidental bumps and casual contact do not initiate a false alarm.
The MSI-20B connects to Siemens addressable signaling line circuits (SLCs). It reports its unique address to the host fire alarm control panel. Therefore, the panel can identify the exact station activated. This speeds up emergency response and simplifies troubleshooting.
Siemens MSI-20B Key Features
- Dual-action (double-action) mechanism reduces accidental activation
- Addressable SLC operation for point-level identification at the panel
- Red housing with clear pull lever for high visibility
- Key-reset operation after activation
- Siemens part number 500-893081
Compatible Panels
The MSI-20B is part of Siemens’ MSI series addressable manual stations. It is designed for Siemens FireFinder XLS addressable systems. For older Siemens MXL installations, confirm SLC protocol compatibility before ordering. Our team can verify fit against your panel model.
