SigCom VECP-60 Voice Evacuation System
The SigCom VECP-60 is a 60-watt standalone voice evacuation control panel. It pairs a UL-listed power supply, a supervised microphone, and a built-in digital message unit in a single enclosure.
First, the digital message unit ships with two voice messages and four field-selectable alert tones. Therefore, sites get pre-loaded evacuation messaging out of the box. In addition, the supervised microphone supports live announcements during emergencies. As a result, responders can override recorded messages with real-time direction.
The VECP-60 drives four supervised speaker circuits. Furthermore, each circuit can wire as Class A or Class B. The output voltage is field-selectable at 25 VRMS or 70.7 VRMS, depending on the speaker layout. However, the panel must match the connected speakers’ rated voltage.

Where the VECP-60 Fits
Use the VECP-60 as a standalone voice-evac add-on to an existing fire alarm system. Therefore, sites can add voice messaging without replacing the main fire alarm control panel. In addition, the larger 60W output suits medium-sized speaker zones. For smaller installs, SigCom also offers the 25-watt VECP-25 in the same family.
