SIMPLEX (4906-9251) M/C TRUEALERT S/V WALL MT, RED
The Simplex 4906-9251 is a wall-mount speaker-strobe for TrueAlert addressable systems. First, it pairs a multi-tapped speaker with an individually addressable strobe. In addition, the red housing carries white “FIRE” lettering for clear identification.
Simplex 4906-9251 features
The strobe is individually addressed and individually controlled. Specifically, power, supervision, and control arrive over an IDNAC Signaling Line Circuit. As a result, the panel manages each appliance directly. This approach also simplifies system layout.
The speaker operates at 25 or 70.7 Vrms. Furthermore, it offers selectable wattage taps for design flexibility. The strobe also provides field-selectable candela settings. Therefore, one part covers many coverage needs. The device is UL, ULC, and FM listed.
Installation
Mounting is straightforward for retrofit and new work. Specifically, the appliance fits standard electrical boxes with extensions. As a result, technicians can install it quickly.
