The Simplex 6310-9075A is a 12-inch round impulse clock for legacy Simplex master clock systems. It mounts semi-flush in a black slimline housing.
Specifically, the 6310-9075A is a 3-wire, 24VDC impulse clock driven by a ratchet movement. First, the Master Clock sends a minute pulse over the 3-wire bus. Then, the ratchet movement advances the minute hand one position per pulse. In addition, the Master Clock runs an hourly self-correction. As a result, any clock out of sync is automatically advanced or retarded back to correct time once per hour.
