Simplex (4009-9201) IDNet NAC Extender Panel

The Simplex 4009-9201 IDNet NAC Extender adds supervised notification appliance circuit capacity to Simplex 4010 and 4100U fire alarm control panels where the base panel NAC power is insufficient — a common scenario in ADA compliance upgrades and large occupancy expansions. The 4009-9201 draws 120VAC input (3A @ 102–132 VAC, 60 Hz) and delivers up to 8A total output across four standard Class B (Style Y) NACs rated at 2A each @ 24 VDC nominal. The internal power supply doubles as a battery charger, supporting internal batteries up to 12.7 Ah or external 18 Ah batteries. Input control is via IDNet addressable communications — one address per extender — or from conventional 24 VDC NAC inputs. Up to 5 units can be connected per IDNet channel.
