The Simplex 636-341 is a power supply board for Simplex 4020 and 4100-series fire alarm control panels. First, the board mounts inside the panel cabinet. Then, it supplies regulated DC voltage to the connected Group 2 boards.
Service technicians order the 636-341 when replacing a failed power supply during panel service. As a result, the panel returns to operation without requiring a full cabinet swap.
