The System Sensor SPCWL-TILE is a white, drop-in ceiling tile speaker for fire alarm systems. First, it installs directly into a suspended ceiling grid. Specifically, the tile format replaces a standard ceiling panel. As a result, the speaker blends into finished interiors.
System Sensor SPCWL-TILE features
This L-Series speaker uses a dual-voltage transformer design. Therefore, it operates at either 25 or 70.7 Vrms. In addition, a rotary switch sets the power tap. Installers select 1/4, 1/2, 1, or 2 watts. Also, the frequency range spans 400 to 4,000 Hz.
The speaker is listed to UL 1480 for fire protective service. Furthermore, it delivers high-fidelity evacuation audio. However, this drop-in model is a speaker only and includes no strobe.
