The System Sensor DNRW is a watertight, non-relay photoelectric duct smoke detector from the InnovairFlex line. It monitors smoke inside HVAC ducts. As a result, it helps shut down air handlers during a fire.
Why Choose the System Sensor DNRW
First, the DNRW carries a UV-resistant NEMA Type 4 watertight housing. Therefore, it installs outdoors or in harsh, wet locations without a separate enclosure. In addition, the adjustable housing fits both square and rectangular ducts.
The detector also uses InnovairFlex low-flow technology. As a result, it samples reliably across a wide airflow range. Specifically, it operates from 100 to 4,000 feet per minute.

Installation Notes
