The Fire-Lite HEXW is a hex wrench tool used to open and reset supervisory switches. Specifically, it fits the tamper-resistant fasteners on System Sensor OSY2 and PIBV2 valve supervisory switches. In addition, it works on related supervisory switch enclosures.

What the Fire-Lite HEXW Opens
OS&Y (outside stem and yoke) and PIBV (post indicator butterfly valve) supervisory switches use tamper-resistant covers. First, the cover screws prevent casual access. Then, the HEXW provides the matching hex key to remove them.
Furthermore, the same wrench works on the OSY2 and PIBV2 enclosure screws. As a result, one tool handles both valve-supervision applications.
