The Siemens ILED-HC is a ceiling-mounted intelligent remote alarm lamp for FireFinder XLS systems. First, it provides a visible alarm indication for initiating devices that are hidden from view. For example, detectors above suspended ceilings, under raised floors, or inside ducts stay out of sight. As a result, responders can quickly locate the activated device.
How the Siemens ILED-HC Works
The ILED-HC mounts on a standard 4-inch octagon outlet box. Then it lights to signal an alarm from a concealed initiating device. In addition, it also serves locked vaults, closed rooms, and other unexposed areas. Therefore, technicians gain a clear remote indicator without opening the space.
