The Mircom TX3-NANO-BB is a backbox kit for the TX3-Nano voice entry station. Specifically, it is recommended for outdoor installations of the TX3-Nano. As a result, the door station gains a weather-appropriate enclosure for exterior surfaces. In addition, the kit ships with the mounting hardware needed for surface installation.
Mircom TX3-NANO-BB mounting options
First, the TX3-Nano can mount directly to any single-gang electrical box. Then, for outdoor or surface-mount installations, the TX3-NANO-BB replaces the single-gang option. Therefore, installers can match the enclosure to the wall condition at the door. Furthermore, the kit is sold as a TX3-Nano accessory, not a standalone door station.
Product line status
