The Edwards 151-6Z-12K-D6 is a 151-series reed contact switch. It uses a DPST configuration with two normally open contacts. Also, it includes a Z-style actuator.
First, the switch mounts near its magnet. Then, the magnetic field drives the reed contacts. As a result, the switch reports status to your circuit.

This switch is rated to 25VA and 1 amp maximum. Therefore, it handles heavier loads than the lighter 111 series. In addition, it ships with an SJTOW 18/4 lead measuring 12 feet.
The Z actuator sets the contacts’ response to the magnet. However, match the rating and actuator to your application.
