The Simplex 4905-9910 is a voice/output (V/O) adaptor plate for the 4905 series notification appliance family. Specifically, the plate adapts the mounting footprint between a Simplex voice/audio appliance and a host backbox or surface bracket. As a result, an installer can swap appliance types without changing the existing backbox cutout.
