The Fire-Lite ECC-FFT is a standalone firefighter telephone system. Specifically, it gives first responders a dedicated voice channel separate from the fire alarm panel.
In addition, the ECC-FFT provides supervision, annunciation, and control for the telephone handsets and jacks tied to it.
How the ECC-FFT Works
Each firefighter telephone zone consists of one addressable monitor module (MMF-301). Then, the zone connects to at least one Fire Fighter Telephone Jack (FPJ-F).
Furthermore, the system supports up to 24 zones. As a result, large facilities can be divided into discrete telephone zones across multiple floors or wings.
Also, up to ten users can plug into FPJ-F jacks at the same time. Therefore, multiple responders can coordinate over one shared channel.
Auto-Program and Local Control
The ECC-FFT includes a built-in display and keypad. Specifically, the display indicates phone activations and any related trouble conditions.
In addition, the auto-program feature scans the system for existing FPJ-F jacks. As a result, the ECC-FFT configures itself automatically for supervision and full operation.
