The Bosch FMM-325A-D is a double-action analog addressable manual fire alarm station. It connects to the polling circuit of compatible Bosch addressable fire panels. Furthermore, its die-cast housing stands up to demanding commercial environments.
The double-action design helps prevent accidental alarms. Specifically, a user must complete two deliberate steps to signal. As a result, nuisance activations drop in high-traffic buildings.
How the Bosch FMM-325A-D Works
This single-gang station reports over a two-wire polling circuit. Therefore, the same pair carries both data and power. In addition, each unit holds its address in an EEPROM microchip.
Installers set the address with the Bosch D5070 analog point programmer. Then the panel polls the station for real-time status. Also, a latching alarm lever shows when the station has tripped.
