The Notifier NCA-2 is the second-generation Network Control Annunciator for the NOTI•FIRE•NET fire alarm network. First, it provides a 640-character backlit LCD display. Then, control happens through soft keys, hard keys, and a built-in QWERTY keypad.
In addition, the NCA-2 connects to ONYX Series panels. As a result, one annunciator can monitor and control many networked panels from one location.
Notifier NCA-2 Network Capabilities
The annunciator controls ON/OFF states for any networked ONYX panel point. Then, it reads status from networked panels and zones. Furthermore, network-wide acknowledge, silence, and reset are supported from the NCA-2 front panel.
Also, the NCA-2 supports up to 32 remote ACS annunciators and modules. Therefore, large-site annunciation hierarchies are achievable.
