RSG RMS-6T-WP-GCS Pull Station with Gold Contacts

The RSG RMS-6T-WP-GCS is a DPDT terminal-block weatherproof pull station with gold contact signaling. Specifically, the WP+GCS suffixes combine outdoor sealing with gold-plated contact tips. Furthermore, the gold plating supports low-current addressable circuits.

First, the user pulls the lever to actuate the snap switch. Then, the gold-plated contacts close to signal the panel. As a result, the station handles the very low currents typical of addressable initiating loops.

In addition, the gold plating resists oxidation in damp outdoor enclosures. However, RSG does not publish a high-current amperage rating for the GCS contacts. Therefore, treat GCS as a low-current signaling option only.

The WP+GCS combination pairs the weatherproof housing with gold-plated contact tips. Furthermore, the gold plating supports low-current signaling on addressable loops. As a result, the station performs reliably in outdoor environments with addressable panels.
