The SigCom ST-ALM01 is an alarm-module kit for SENTRY manual pull station covers. It adds a loud local siren that sounds the moment the protective cover is opened.
The kit is designed to deter false pull station activations in schools, hospitals, transit hubs, and other high-traffic areas. As a result, anyone lifting the cover triggers a 104 dB siren at the station itself. Therefore, the prankster is identified immediately and staff can respond before the pull lever is touched.
The siren is integral to the alarm module. In addition, the noise pinpoints which station was tampered with — useful when multiple SENTRY covers are deployed in a building. A silencer key is included to reset the module after legitimate access.

How the ST-ALM01 Works
The alarm module mounts inside a SENTRY pull station cover. First, the cover sits in its normal closed position. Then opening the cover trips an internal switch. As a result, the module sounds a piercing 104 dB ± 3 dB siren at 1 meter. Furthermore, the siren continues until the silencer key is used to reset it.
Note that the ST-ALM01 sounds locally only. Specifically, it does not signal the building’s fire alarm panel. Therefore, an actual fire alarm requires the pull station behind the cover to be activated as normal.

Compatibility
The ST-ALM01 alarm module is designed for SigCom SENTRY pull station covers. It is NOT a stand-alone product. Therefore, the SENTRY cover must already be installed over the pull station for the module to work. Compatible with most manufacturers’ manual pull stations once a SENTRY cover is in place.
