The Simplex 2088-9610 is a floor-mount electromagnetic door holder (cross-reference DH24120GPC1) rated at 24V DC. When energized, the 2088-9610 holds fire and smoke doors open with a minimum force of 25 lbs. Upon fire alarm activation, the FACP de-energizes the magnet, releasing the door to close automatically under spring or gravity action. The 2088-9610 ships complete with magnet assembly, catch plate, housing, mounting plate, gasket, and all mounting hardware. Dimensions: 8″ × 3″ × 3″. Weight: 5 lbs.
