The Simplex 4090-9810 is the mounting bracket for the 4090-9001 Supervised IAM. First, it fastens the IAM to a single-gang electrical box. In addition, the bracket accepts the matching trim plate. Therefore, the assembly accepts either a semi-flush or surface cover finish.
Simplex 4090-9810 Construction and Fit
The bracket is galvanized steel for long service life. Specifically, it ships at about 4.5 in. × 2 in. × 2 in. in size. Also, the bracket provides screw holes that align with the 4090-9806 and 4090-9807 trim plates. Furthermore, mounting screws come in the box.
Compatible Trim Plates
Pair the 4090-9810 with the 4090-9806 semi-flush cover or the 4090-9807 surface cover. Then, select the cover based on the box style used in the field. In addition, the 4090-9806 includes a light pipe for direct LED viewing.

Order this bracket as part of any 4090-9001 IAM install on IDNet or MAPNET II loops. As a result, the finished IAM meets the mechanical layout expected by Simplex publication 574-796.
