The Simplex 565-569 four-circuit Class B signal card is a replacement notification appliance circuit (NAC) output card designed for the Simplex 4003 Voice Control Panel and legacy 4009 NAC Power Extenders. The 565-569 provides four Class B (Style Y) supervised output circuits with isolation capability, allowing individual circuit faults to be isolated without affecting other circuits on the card.
