The Edwards 3-4/3SGYWR is an EST3 control display module with 12 switches arranged in four groups of three. First, the module installs over any EST3 local rail module via ribbon cable. Then, the host CPU drives the LEDs and reads the switch state. As a result, the operator gets a compact, programmable control surface for fan, damper, or zone control.
Specifically, the “4/3” denotes four groups of three switches. Therefore, the module suits operations that must remain mutually exclusive — for example, On / Auto / Off or Open / Auto / Close. In addition, each group is software-interlocked so only one switch in the group is active at a time.
Edwards 3-4/3SGYWR features
Each switch group includes green, yellow, white, and red LED positions for positive feedback. Furthermore, LEDs are programmable for steady or flash patterns. Also, the module uses membrane-style tactile pushbuttons and slide-in labels for site-specific text. However, if no local rail module exists at the desired display position, mount a 3-LDSM to the rail first.
