The vesda osi-90 imager is an OSID open-area smoke imaging detector. It provides 80° coverage. In addition, it runs on 24V DC.
First, paired emitters send infrared beams across the protected space. Then the OSI-90 imager analyzes the received light. As a result, it detects smoke across a wide open area.

The imager pairs with OSID emitters such as the OSE-SPW. Specifically, one imager can work with up to seven emitters. Therefore, it suits large, open spaces.
