RSG RMS-2T-WP-GCS Pull Station with Gold Contacts

The RSG RMS-2T-WP-GCS is a DPST terminal-block-connection weatherproof manual pull station with the Gold Contact Switch (GCS) option. Furthermore, it suits outdoor commercial fire alarm initiating-device circuits that signal at low currents.

First, the GCS configuration replaces the standard switch with a gold-contact version. Then, the contacts can carry very low signaling currents reliably. As a result, the station works well with addressable and supervised low-current circuits.

In addition, gold contacts resist tarnish in low-current applications. However, this option is intended for signaling, not high-current loads. Therefore, confirm panel input requirements before specifying.

RSG RMS-2T-WP-GCS Option Detail

The GCS option upgrades the contact set to gold-plated material. Furthermore, the WP housing seals the contacts against outdoor moisture and dust. As a result, low-current signaling stays reliable even in washdown and exterior locations.
