RSG RMS-3P-WP-KS Pull Station with Key Switch

The RSG RMS-3P-WP-KS is an SPDT pigtail-connection weatherproof pull station with Pre-Signal Key Switch. Specifically, the KS suffix combines a pre-signal sequence with key-controlled escalation. Furthermore, the WP housing seals everything for outdoor exposure.

First, the user pulls the lever to initiate a pre-signal. Then, an authorized user with the key escalates to general alarm. As a result, building staff can investigate before evacuation.

In addition, the SPDT contacts can wire to separate panel inputs. However, two-stage logic still belongs at the panel. Therefore, confirm AHJ acceptance and panel programming before specifying.

The KS option pairs the WP housing with a pre-signal key-switch escalation path. Furthermore, this combination suits high-rise and assembly occupancies that use staged alarm protocols. As a result, only authorized staff can advance the alarm from pre-signal to general.
