The RSG RMS-6T-LP is a DPDT terminal-block pull station with a Lift-and-Pull (LP) cover. Specifically, the LP suffix adds a hinged cover that must be lifted before pulling. Furthermore, the DPDT contacts work with conventional and addressable initiating circuits.
First, the user lifts the hinged cover. Then, the lever pulls down to activate the alarm. As a result, the dual-action motion reduces nuisance activations.
In addition, the cover provides a visible deterrent against casual contact. However, the cover is not a tamper alarm itself. Therefore, pair it with KL or KO if active anti-tamper is required.

The LP option pairs the station with a Lift-and-Pull cover. Furthermore, this combination delivers dual-action operation. As a result, the station discourages accidental pulls.
