RSG RMS-6T-WP-LPA with Lift and Pull Cover/Agent Release

The RSG RMS-6T-WP-LPA is a DPDT terminal-block weatherproof pull station with a lift-and-pull cover and an auxiliary agent-release contact. Specifically, the WP+LPA suffixes combine outdoor sealing with an auxiliary contact for releasing agents. Furthermore, the DPDT contacts work with conventional and addressable initiating circuits.

First, the user lifts the cover. Then, the lever pulls down to activate the alarm. As a result, the dual-action motion reduces nuisance activations outdoors.

In addition, the auxiliary contact can drive a releasing-agent input on the panel. However, RSG does not list the LPA contact as a UL-listed suppression release. Therefore, confirm panel and listed-system requirements before using it as a release input.

The WP+LPA combination pairs the weatherproof housing with a lift-and-pull cover and an auxiliary agent-release contact. Furthermore, the auxiliary contact provides a discrete output for releasing applications.
