The Wheelock ELSTWC-NB is an Eluxa LED strobe for ceiling-mount fire alarm signaling. It delivers visual-only notification in white, with no lens lettering. Therefore it suits spaces where a clean, unmarked appliance is preferred.
Wheelock ELSTWC-NB candela settings
This strobe operates on 24V power. In addition, it offers six field-selectable candela settings. Specifically, you can choose 15, 30, 75, 110, 150, or 177 cd. As a result, one device covers many room sizes. Furthermore, you adjust the candela without tools.
LED platform and synchronization
Eluxa appliances use Eaton’s energy-efficient LED light source. Consequently, current draw stays low for multi-candela devices. Also, the strobe meets the NFPA 72 (2016) 20-millisecond pulse requirement. Therefore LED and xenon strobes can share the same field of view. Finally, a hinged mounting plate supports pre-wire and pre-test installation.
