The Simplex 4906-9110 is a high-candela non-addressable ceiling-mount visual notification appliance in red. It provides a strobe-only visual signal for fire-alarm occupant notification.
First, the appliance mounts to a ceiling back-box. Then, the host fire alarm panel drives a conventional notification appliance circuit (NAC). As a result, the strobe flashes during alarm conditions for clear visual notification.
Where the Simplex 4906-9110 fits
Use this ceiling-mount red visual in spaces that need higher candela output, such as large rooms or areas with high ambient light. Therefore, it suits warehouses, retail, gymnasiums, and similar large-volume occupancies. In addition, it pairs with conventional Simplex notification panels.
